Overall, my stay was quite pleasant with spacious and clean rooms and a nice balcony overlooking a picturesque street. The location was very quiet, perfect for relaxing, but I found it slightly small. Unfortunately, the service wasn't as friendly as I hoped, especially during my claims discussion. Plus, the dining options were quite limited and did not meet my expectations.
